Please read this page and the FAQ page if you have a query
Sales are on a payment with order basis.
Please send your order plus cheque, Visa or Mastercard
authority.
Cheques should be made out to Tillia Dyes.
All prices include GST.
While I try to maintain prices, fluctuations beyond my
control do occur; therefore prices are subject to change
without notice.
Ordering can be done by the secure order form on the website, letter, email, phone ( 03) 313 9347.
Please include:Name, Street Address
for delivery, Phone Number, Items Required on your order. If using a credit card authorisation please include full
number, name on card and expiry date.
Minimum postage and packing cost is $6. Larger orders will be billed according to parcel weight, plus a $2 charge for packaging. Orders are normally sent by NZ Post as I have found this to be the most reliable method. If you have special requirements or need your order urgently, please discuss them with me. Allow 3- 4 days for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: In most cases your order will be sent
within 1 to 2 days of receipt.
However sometimes this is not possible. Tillia is a 1 -person business, and I also have a day job, so sometimes it may take longer to process your order. Please be patient! However, if you haven't received anything after 10 days, please contact me to ensure your order was received. Occasionally technology lets us down.
As a Tillia customer, you will automatically be added to the mailing list to receive several free newsletters per year. Under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, you can request to be removed from the email mailing list at any time by emailing info@tillia.co.nz with the word "unsubscribe" as the subject.
